PruHealth Pronounces 24th March as Death of the Diet Day 2010

According to research from PruHealth, the health insurer that rewards members for being health, 24th March is expected to have been the day most Brits fell off the New Year health wagon, making it the 2010 Death of the Diet Day.*

PruHealth Pronounces 24th March as Death of the Diet Day 2010

But while the average person may succumb to temptation by the 24 March, the intention to make long-term lifestyle changes rather than opt for short-term solutions is certainly there for many. 66% said the main reason for starting their new wellbeing regime is to lead a healthier lifestyle, and 43% are still sticking to their regime now, seeing it as an ongoing and permanent lifestyle change, rather than a celebrity-inspired, quick-fix fad diet such as the cabbage soup and baby food diets.

When it comes to sticking to resolutions, resisting the lure of sugary snacks is the biggest challenge for sweet-toothed dieters, with 43% rating this as the hardest hurdle to overcome. A further 34% struggle to find the motivation to go to the gym, and for 27% cutting back on alcohol intake is the real difficulty. This past winter being the coldest on record for 30 years has not helped either – 17% physically weren’t able to get to the gym or exercise outside, and instead found comfort in hearty winter meals at home.

Izabella Siemicka, Communications Manager, PruHealth, said: “The Death of the Diet day 2010 may be upon us, but really the key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle is finding a way of incorporating a nutritionally balanced diet and regular exercise into your everyday life on an ongoing basis.

“It’s really encouraging to see so many Brits are taking steps to change their health for the long-term. The cause for concern has always been when people take drastic, quick-fix measures that in the end can sometimes do more harm than good – physically and emotionally. We all need the occasional treat, and this can help keep up the motivation.”

Getting into shape and looking good on the beach was a big motivator for 29% of Brits who started a new health regime, and for 12% of women it was all about squeezing into a specific outfit for a special occasion.

Worryingly, it took the shock of a health scare to inspire 19% to take action and embark on a new, healthier standard of living. Meanwhile, 16% found getting fit and healthy has helped them through the tough recession.

Nearly one in five (18%) of 20-somethings admitted to ‘cracking’ within a fortnight, in contrast to 31% of 50-somethings who’ve managed to stick to their regime for the long-term. Regionally, for the second year in a row, Welsh dieters fell off the wagon first, with 18% throwing in the towel in the first week.

Twelve per cent of women intended to follow a new health regime, but never managed to kick start it into action, compared to just eight per cent of men.

The Harley Medical Group Opens New Clinic in Glasgow

The Harley Medical Group has revealed that Scottish people are five times more likely to have cosmetic surgery than the average person. 5% of Scottish men and women say they would have, or have already had cosmetic surgery, while one in ten would opt for non-surgical solutions, such as Botox. The findings come as The Harley Medical Group adds a new Glasgow clinic – the fifth new clinic opening over the past year – to its UK and Ireland portfolio, bringing the total estate to 28 clinics, with Edinburgh and many other in the pipeline for 2010.

Following the announcement last year that craggy Scot, Gordon Ramsey, has fillers in his chin to soften deep lines, it’s perhaps less of a surprise that over 4% of Scottish men would have cosmetic surgical or non-surgical treatments. Scottish women are also looks conscious with 7% of them admitting they would have cosmetic procedures, and 17% would look to battle aging with non-surgical solutions.

Scottish men cite native sex symbol Gerard Butler as the person whose looks and physique they most covet. Meanwhile, women admire the way Helen Mirren has held back the years, despite being in her 60s. The actress, who says she would certainly consider having cosmetic surgery, was named by 15% of Scottish women, as the person they most aspire to look like.

The Harley Medical Groups Glasgow Clinic Manager Donna Ward stated, “We’ve had really positive feedback from prospective patients anticipating the clinic opening. Scottish patients, who have been travelling to Newcastle, Liverpool and Manchester clinics now have a brand new facility on their doorstep.

“We’re already booked out to the middle of next month. Treatments for rosacea, which is redness of the skin, and laser treatments for sun damage have been proving very popular. The most enquired about surgical procedures to date has been breast reduction by men and for women it is breast augmentation and uplift, with Liposuction a close 2nd for both males and females…

Drug Rehab Center Offers Affordable Drug Rehabilitation

Long before health care reform battles between lawmakers ensued, a highly regarded facility in Connecticut addressed one of the very problems that lies at the core of individuals getting the help they need to recover from drug addiction: treatment costs.

Mountainside Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center began its quest to provide innovative, affordable addiction treatment over 12 years ago- and they have succeeded. Affordable costs and innovative treatment plans are why individuals from all over the world continue to seek treatment at this intimate facility. Situated on 39 sprawling acres at the base of a private mountain in the foothills of the Berkshires, Mountainside Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center provides an ideal location for the recovery process to begin.

“The per diem costs at our facility are about one-third of the costs of other drug rehab facilities,” states a spokesperson for Mountainside. “Recognizing one of the biggest barriers to treatment is cost, we designed a program that is affordable for most people and their families. At just $360 daily, we offer comprehensive, innovative approaches to recovery, in a setting that is second-to-none.”

A drug addiction treatment program consists of an individual, comprehensive evaluation of the person entering rehab. By evaluating past behaviors and current attitudes towards treatment, the professional team at Mountainside creates a plan that addresses the needs of each particular person, increasing the chance of successful recovery. Drug addiction treatment at Mountainside begins with one-on-one counseling, coupled with evidence based, innovative and traditional 12-step therapies. Treatment plans are monitored for their effectiveness and are flexible, based on an individual’s needs.

For nearly two decades, Mountainside Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center has led the way in offering individualized alcohol and drug addiction treatment programs. Top British Hypnosis & NLP Trainer Jonathan Royle Exposes The Hypnotherapy Conmen

Hypnosis is both an increasingly lucrative and rapidly expanding form of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAMS) and also a hugely popular form of Stage Entertainment thanks to people like Paul McKenna.

Top British Hypnosis & NLP Trainer Jonathan Royle Exposes The Hypnotherapy Conmen

But shockingly what most Hypnotherapy Practitioners won’t tell you or dare to admit is that the so called healing and therapeutic power of Hypnosis is nothing more than an elaborate Placebo Effect combined with basis suggestion and classical psychological conditioning akin to Pavlov’s Dog.

What’s even more alarming is the fact that the majority of Comedy Stage Hypnotist’s don’t even realise that whilst what they are doing works due to nothing more than Social Compliance, Basic Human Psychology and Devious Manipulation of their volunteers combined with simple suggestion and the Placebo Effect, that in actual fact what they are doing is potentially dangerous to their subjects as they are messing with people’s Belief Systems and Expectations for the entertainment of others which can have potentially very damaging side effects.

Now for the first time ever British Hypnotist Jonathan Royle has decided to lift the lid on this “Snake Oil” industry and save people potentially thousands of pounds in wasted treatment fee’s or training course payments, whilst also helping them to avoid falling prey to the rapidly growing number of badly trained, illegal, unlicensed, uninsured and potentially dangerous amateur Street Hypnotists messing with peoples mind on a street corner near you!

After years of research and real world experimentation Royle, aged 34 of Rochdale, Greater Manchester, England is so confident of his findings and conclusions on how so called Hypnosis actually works and his statement that “There’s No Such Thing As Hypnosis” that he has become the first Hypnosis Trainer to offer a 100% One Year (365 Day) Money Back Guarantee on his Home Study DVD and Multimedia Diploma Training Package.

Today Royle said “Hypnotherapist’s and Stage/Street Hypnotists who study this new package are literally Guaranteed to become Safer, more knowledgeable and more successful in their work or else I will give them their money back!”

Royle wants to stop people getting conned out of thousands of pounds for long winded Hypnotherapy and NLP Courses which brainwash them to believe in something that actually does not even exist and that’s why he has just released a Free 80 Page PDF Report entitled “The Seven Biggest Secrets of The Famous Name Millionaire NLP’ers – Life Coaches & Hypnotists” at http://www.magicalguru.com/freereport/

Royle who is one of Britain’s Leading Hypnosis Expert’s as illustrated at http://www.magicalguru.com/roylesresume/ explained that despite the fact that Hypnosis Does Not Exist and actually is nothing more than an illusion of truth combined with The Placebo effect, when this is fully understood by Alternative Practitioners and utilised to treat patients in the manner he teaches in his unique Home Study and Live Training Courses that dramatic changes can still occur!

Now, Transform Cosmetic Surgery is hosting a series of afternoons throughout the month of March at its London clinics to celebrate the launch of the Breasts of Britain campaign – designed to empower women to love their breasts, whatever their shape or size.

Ladies are invited to sip champagne and enjoy complimentary canapés while chatting to some of the UK’s top breast surgeons and past patients – a great opportunity to have questions answered and curiosities satisfied.

So, whether you want to hear about reductions, augmentations, uplifts or enhancements, this is your chance to discover everything you want to know about real breasts or implants.

In its 35 years in operation, the cosmetic surgery group, Transform, has seen a staggering 300,000 pairs of boobs. In this time, they have gained an understanding of the concerns, worries, desires, and needs women have when it comes to their chests.

Transform interviewed 4,000 British men and women to compile the Breast Report – the most comprehensive study of British breasts – and discovered that almost half of London’s women were envious of their friend’s chests. The Report also proved men aren’t the only ones obsessed with breasts, with a massive 90% of women admitting they also couldn’t help but look at their friend’s bosoms on a daily basis.

Innovative Drug Rehab Facility Offers Cocaine Addiction Treatment

Cocaine addiction is growing at an alarming rate worldwide and is, perhaps, one of the most difficult drug addictions for an individual to overcome. Treatment requires a unique perspective along with a true understanding of the addiction in order to be able to help an individual get into recovery.

“All interventions for drug addiction are always tough, but with cocaine addiction, it seems particularly so,” states a spokesperson for Mountainside Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center . “The high experienced from cocaine is really like no other. It often gives the user a superhero complex where they believe that they can conquer and/or do things a rational individual wouldn’t. It’s difficult to intervene in that situation because you’re asking a person to give up those “super powers”, even if those powers are only imagined. Many times, the cocaine addict’s self-esteem is tightly connected to that superhero feeling and when they enter into drug rehab, their ego takes a huge a hit, taking their self-worth with it. That’s why it’s important to have the proper support in place to help them understand that their value of self has nothing to do with the feeling they get from using cocaine.”

Recognizing the symptoms of cocaine addiction is paramount to saving the cocaine addict from a certain death. If you notice spurts of euphoria, nosebleeds or an excessive runny nose, dilated pupils, restlessness, inability to sit still, paranoia, hallucinations, periods of unexplained mania or tremors, you friend or loved one may be addicted to cocaine. Enlisting the help of caring professionals is your best course of action.

For nearly two decades, Mountainside Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center has led the way in offering individualized alcohol and drug addiction treatment programs. As Mountainside’s licensed and certified counselors, social workers and treatment team serve, they strive to provide quality, compassionate care to each individual in a tranquil, peaceful environment conducive to optimal recovery.

What Cocaine Rehabs Should Provide

The most effective cocaine rehabs are those which most effectively meet the individual needs of their individual clients. As obvious as that might sound, the unfortunate fact of the matter is that many of the most well-known cocaine rehabs in California offer the same generic drug abuse program to every single patient. As should go without saying, these institutions can’t be counted on to produce meaningful and lasting healing.

What Cocaine Rehabs Should Provide

Cocaine addiction is always a personal problem. By the same token, therapy within cocaine rehabs must be a personal process. If you’re going to get sober, it’s going to have to be on your terms, in a way that’s meaningful to you and no one else. In the end, any other course of action is and can only be a recipe for failure.

You don’t need to be told what’s at stake in the fight against cocaine abuse. The fact that you’re here, reading this, suggests that you already know that cocaine dependency strips its victims of their dignity, and turns them into shells of the people they used to be. The good news is that Malibu’s most successful cocaine rehabs have a long history of helping clients rebuild their lives from the ground-up. All that remains, now, is for you to learn the truth firsthand.

CocaineRehabs.com is a site dedicated to finding you the best cocaine abuse rehab available. If you’d like more information about drug abuse rehabs, please call 1-888-445-1904, visit our website at http://www.cocainerehabs.com or contact us at admissions@cocainerehabs.com.

LighterLife Relaunches Magazine In A New Smaller Handbag Size

LighterLife has relaunched its LighterLife magazine with a new look and improved content to offer readers added inspiration and understanding of just what LighterLife offers. The new feel and design of the magazine has been created with the help of publishing house, Specialist Publications.

The re-launch sees the weight loss magazine take on a new, clean direction. The size of the publication has moved from A4 to a smaller handbag size, making it more user friendly. The magazine also features more LighterLife clients than ever before, whether it’s at the beginning, middle or end of their weight-loss journey. Niki Webb, Specialist CEO said, “The relaunch gave us an opportunity to refresh the magazine from a photographic, design and content perspective. The new magazine is stylish and confident. The team at Specialist are very passionate about the LighterLife brand. The fact that thousands of people have battled obesity and are now managing their weight after following LighterLife is truly inspirational and something worth shouting about.”

The LighterLife magazine is now available exclusively through on-line subscriptions or via LighterLife counsellors and the new format sees the publication become available on a quarterly basis.

The decision to remove the magazine from the news stand provided the opportunity to make the magazine more specific to the LighterLife clients, whilst more care has been taken over the wording and language used, ensuring new clients and other audiences who might read the magazine will not be alienated but engaged in the content, and have an understanding of LighterLife.

Heather Butcher, LighterLife PR & Communications Manager commented “The new magazine will include further in-depth articles about our clients really exploring why they put on weight and how they found their individual LighterLife Journey. In the past the magazine concentrated on fantastic weight-loss to enable it to jump off the retailer’s shelves and into shopping baskets.”

The new look issue is on sale from 22nd March and features a wide spectrum of weight-loss stories, tips and advice on dealing with difficult situations that may arise while losing weight, along with information that may be useful to family members who want a better understanding of LighterLife. For potential clients these features and stories are design to prompt and answer any questions people may have before embarking on LighterLife Total or LighterLife Lite.

Report Says Man Tuck Surgery On The Rise

The Harley Medical Group has reported that men are increasingly using cosmetic surgery to banish their unsightly belt overhang.

Dubbed by surgeons as the ‘man tuck’, over 55% more men aged 35+ had tummy tucks (abdominoplasties) in the first two months of 2010 compared with the same time last year, with the figures still rising, according to The Harley Medical Group.

‘Man Tuck’ patients have been undergoing the surgery in order to stay looking trim and youthful and to ensure they aren’t overlooked in the competitive work environment. Around 55% of ‘man tuck’ patients at The Harley Medical Group have surgery post-weight loss to remove stubborn fat and excess skin on their stomachs.

Liz Dale, Marketing Director of The Harley Medical Group, said, “Many of the ‘man tuckers’ are businessmen who have been on a health kick but, following weight loss, find themselves with loose overhanging skin on their stomachs. Competition in the workplace sees many men fighting to be fit but losing the weight around the midriff can throw up as many problems as it solves.”

Alan Bradley who had a tummy tuck and male breast reduction at The Harley Medical Group after losing 12 stone, commented, “It was demoralising to have lost so much weight just to be left with huge flaps of skin that made me feel as unattractive as before. The surgery means I’m now more mobile and healthier and it has made it easy for me to keep the weight off.”

Additional figures released by The Harley Medical Group show that there has also been an increase of 23% over the year in men of this age group undergoing rejuvenation procedures, with Botox and fillers up 23% and 17% respectively.

Resveratrol Sales Continue To Grow Despite Controversy

Whether you liked it or not 2009 was the year you probably found out about resveratrol. General awareness of resveratrol as a health supplement has been growing steadily over the last few years. When news magazine 60 Minutes profiled the anti-aging compound found in red wine in a January 2009 segment though, resveratrol suddenly shot to prominence. Sales of the supplements then took off, rivaling even acai berry in volume.

But then Oprah and Dr Oz filed suit (US District Court of New York Case # 09CV7297 Judge Batts) against 50 acai and resveratrol supplement marketers citing unlawful use of their name, and the resveratrol craze came to a screeching halt … at least, for a couple of months.

The Oprah/Dr Oz lawsuit remains in the news, but consumers appear undeterred and are picking right back up where they left off. So much so, the Nutrition Business Journal projects resveratrol sales in 2010 will be five times those of 2009.

“The thing that makes resveratrol different”, says Andrew Ekman of ResveratrolHabit.com, “is there is so much scientific research showing the positive effects resveratrol has on the body.” Indeed, a search for ‘resveratrol’ on PubMed, the government directory for scientific publications shows 564 listings for the year 2009. As these numbers indicate there is a lot of excitement in the scientific community about resveratrol.

Sirtris Pharmaceuticals, the company profiled in the 60 Minutes story continues to see positive results from the human trials it is running. Other researchers like Will Steward of the Leicester Royal Infirmary, who oversees research there, including human trials involving resveratrol for its ability to reduce the risk of cancer, are also getting positive results.

Steward has great hopes for resveratrol. In an interview with James Silver of Wired Magazine, he said of the human trials of resveratrol he recently conducted, “Resveratrol, up to five grammes daily, was well tolerated and safe, and blood markers of biological effect looked promising, showing that [resveratrol] could have effects on cells which would be valuable in preventing cancer.”

Though when asked about resveratrol supplements his comments struck a much more conservative tone, allowing only that, “there is no strong scientific evidence of anything that you can claim right now in terms of any potential beneficial clinical effect of resveratrol in humans.”

ResveratrolHabit.com is a site dedicated to keeping the public up to speed on the pros and cons of resveratrol supplements and news related to resveratrol. GoodToBeAlive.Com Launches National Retail Outlet For Defibrillators Exclusively For Home Users

Good To Be Alive launches its primary retail channel, www.GoodToBeAlive.com and toll-free number 1-888-OWN-1-AED (1-888-696-1233), which is a one-of-a-kind retail outlet – the nation’s first exclusive-for-home seller of defibrillators (automated external defibrillators or AEDs) suitable for personal use. Good To Be Alive offers Personal-AEDs or automated external defibrillators, (sometimes referred to as a Portable AED) which are self-contained laptop-sized devices that are used to revive a person suffering from sudden cardiac arrest by delivering a controlled electrical shock that can reset the heart to normal function. For witnessed sudden cardiac arrest, if used immediately, AEDs are up to 90% successful at resuscitation (whereas without an AED readily available, survival rates are 1% – 5%). Until recently, these devices were only safe when used by a trained professional. Now, due to recent technological advances, Personal-AEDs are safe and easy for layperson use. No other consumer device has empowered individuals for such dramatic results – resuscitation of a sudden cardiac arrest victim – basically bringing someone back to life!

SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST BACKGROUND:

Knowing the facts reveals the need for personal AEDs in homes: Sudden cardiac arrest is the leading cause of death in the United States. More than 300,000 US deaths annually, across all demographics, are attributed to sudden cardiac arrest (more than breast cancer, prostate cancer, house fires, hand guns, traffic accidents, and AIDS combined). Tens of thousands of sudden cardiac arrest deaths could be prevented if an AED were used immediately. AED utilization is the only treatment for sudden cardiac arrest – survival odds decrease 10% every minute without an AED. Few attempts at resuscitation are successful after 10 minutes without an AED. It is crucial to recognize that the majority of sudden cardiac arrest victims are asymptomatic, meaning these victims were not at heightened risk for a heart attack. We are all at risk, including the youngest among us. Sudden cardiac arrest is not limited to the aging population. Approximately 22% of sudden deaths for people between 1 and 21 years of age are due to cardiac arrest. A final relevant statistic– 80% of cardiac arrest occurs at home.

PURPOSE, NON-PROFIT PARTNERSHIP:

Good To Be Alive partners with national non-profit Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation (www.sca-aware.org). Initially, the two organizations are presenting survivor stories to the public, offering a referral purchase program (that will result in donations from Good To Be Alive to the SCA Foundation), and looking ahead to developing a public awareness campaign called “Save A Life at Home”, which will follow the successful and ongoing SCA Foundation campaign “Save A life at School.”

“Good To Be Alive is focused on providing defibrillators in the home where they are needed most. We are grateful that Good To Be Alive has chosen to begin supporting our Foundation from the onset, this is a demonstration of their commitment to their mission to save lives,” said Mary Newman, the President of the SCA Foundation.

Mark Adelman is the founding partner of Good To Be Alive. Mr. Adelman and senior partner, Allan Fine, are currently test marketing, as well as honing website and logistical operations. The senior management team expects Good To Be Alive to locally employ 12+ individuals by Fall 2010 in a combination of management and member support positions.

“I’ve always focused on technology serving people – I see that society is far too slowly adopting this life-extending medical advancement. The latest generation of easy-to-use AEDs are a game changer against the nation’s number one cause of death – sudden cardiac arrest. We’re determined to put a Personal-AED in the hands of as many people as possible. Our purpose is to decrease loss of life from sudden cardiac arrest. The American Heart Association estimates that between 50,000 – 100,000 lives could be saved annually if AEDs were widely accessible. That said, in the end, the decision to protect yourself and the people you care about against sudden cardiac arrest is a personal choice, it’s the individual’s right to choose to be prepared,” founding partner Mr. Adelman said.

Senior partner Mr. Fine said, “We applaud the proliferation of public access AEDs. The AEDs we all see in airports, fitness centers, and schools are important for people to have available, however the public should understand that 80% of sudden cardiac arrest occurs in the home. We are placing Personal-AEDs in people’s homes, where they are needed most. Good To Be Alive’s mission to save lives is very personal for me due to the fact that last year I lost my 28 year old brother to sudden cardiac arrest in his home. When Personal-AEDs are widely accessible, similar tragic losses can be avoided for other families.”

Good To Be Alive has established the Good To Be Alive Foundation. The Foundation’s purpose is to give back to the community by supporting the proliferation of AEDs, both Personal-AEDs and public-access AEDs (located at schools, airports, etc.) In fact, the Good To Be Alive Foundation has already donated AED equipment to a local high school and an AED to a county-based EMS group. Additionally, the Good To Be Alive Foundation is partnering with the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation (www.sca-aware.org) to support its efforts for a developing “Save A Life at Home” awareness campaign.

GOOD TO BE ALIVE TEAM BACKGROUND:

Founding partner, attorney Mark Adelman is a graduate of the Georgia State College of Law and the University of Georgia, Grady College of Journalism, as well as an experienced healthcare administrator. Prior to becoming a member of the Georgia Bar Association (2000), Mr. Adelman contributed to the development of the CNN brand as a producer in the network’s Marketing and Creative Services division. More recently, he won national video production awards for Georgia Tech as part of their marketing efforts. Mr. Adelman is an American Red Cross certified AED Instructor.

The Effects Of OTC Drug Abuse

Mountainside Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center has mounted a campaign to educate parents on the dangerous effects of OTC drug abuse that is growing at an alarming rate among teens.

Many parents don’t realize the dangers of OTC drug abuse and some actually think that since the medication is legal and accessible at the local corner pharmacy, there really is no danger. A medicine of particular concern is cough syrup containing dextromethorphan (also called DXM). When large quantities of this particular drug are ingested, your teen may feel the type of euphoria that is generally associated with illicit drugs.

While the complications may seem minor on the surface, they can range from vomiting, confusion, nausea, slurred speech all the way up to heart and breathing difficulties. Parents may brush aside these incidents and chalk them up to “teen experimentation”; however, it’s this very attitude that causes teens to fall into the trap of drug addiction as the cough syrup merely serves as a gateway drug—a doorway that leads to other serious drug abuse that will require drug addiction treatment for your teen.

“This problem doesn’t seem to be slowing down”, says a spokesperson from Mountainside Drug Rehab and Alcohol Treatment Center. “The more talk there is about the simplicity of acquisition, the more teenagers are seeking to obtain this OTC drug. Many states have enacted laws that require you to obtain this type of cough syrup by inquiring at the pharmacy. It’s not that it’s a prescription or a controlled substance, but by keeping it behind the counter, they are able to regulate how many bottles can be purchased at a time, which is a very good thing.”

The most important thing a parent can do to guard against OTC drug abuse or any drug abuse is to be on constant guard, watching for any abnormal behavior or any new routines that just don’t make sense. Being arrmed with preventative information decreases the likelihood of a parent unknowingly waking up one day to a teen addicted to drugs.

Breasts of Britain Come to Birmingham

The female residents of Birmingham discovered they are an entire cup size smaller than the average woman in the UK according to a new Breast Report by the country’s leading cosmetic surgery group Transform. The report revealed Birmingham women have an average 36C bust size while the country average is a 36D.

To help them celebrate and mark the launch of the Breasts of Britain campaign, Transform’s Birmingham clinic will host an afternoon of bubbly and boobs on Monday March 15th. This will give them all a chance to share their feelings on breasts and have a good time. In the end, Transform wants to bring Breasts of Britain to Birmingham’s women and empower them to love their busts no matter what their appearance.

The latest Breast Report involved interviews from 4,000 men and women, and in it, they discovered Brummie women suffered from breast envy. In fact, 94% of them admitted to checking out their friend’s assets up to seven times daily, proof men aren’t the only ones with a breast infatuation.

This girls night out includes complimentary champagne and canapés as well as plenty of time to get answers to their questions, satisfy their curiosity, and enjoy the general natter in the comfortable space.

Transform has been in the industry for over 35 years and worked on more than 300,000 pairs of breasts. During this time, they’ve come to have an intimate knowledge of the problems, wants, needs, and concerns women often have and are often too reserved to talk about.

The Breasts of Britain campaign is the only one of its kind in the UK created to end the taboo on the subject in Britain. The goal of the campaign is to get women to appreciate and talk about their busts. These events are also held regionally to educate women and answer any questions they may have about their real breasts or implants. The country’s top surgeons and real patients who have undergone breast surgery at Transform will also be on hand to chat directly with each of the attendees.

LuxuryDrugRehab.com is a shining light in the addiction recovery referral market. The company provides personal counseling services for affluent addiction recovery patients, with the goal of helping those addiction recovery patients find the rehab facilities that are exactly right for them. To do that, LuxuryDrugRehab.com’s expert advisers closely scrutinize the best private addiction treatment programs around the country, then use their accumulated knowledge to deliver informed and insightful recommendations.

In the search for the right addiction recovery center, there’s simply no substitute for that sort of expertise.

It’s important that an addiction recovery patient be fully informed about an addiction recovery center before enrolling in it. It would seem natural, then, that luxury addiction recovery facilities would want to communicate openly and honestly with their prospective clients. If successful addiction recovery develops from a foundation of truth, it’s hard to imagine that any other course of action could lead to long-term recovery.

Holistic Approach Lends Itself To Drug Rehab

Over a decade ago, Mountainside Treatment Center set a standard for drug rehabs all over the world by offering personalized treatment plans for each individual who seeks drug addiction treatment at their facility.

Each treatment plan is approached holistically, addressing the full needs of the individual including Mind, Body and Spirit. This type of approach was unheard of prior to Mountainside’s ground-breaking efforts however, it’s proved to not only be a viable treatment model but a highly successful one as well.

Incorporating facets of traditional drug rehabs such as 12-step programs, individual counseling sessions and group sessions, Mountainside goes one step further and offers programs that reconnect the Mind, Body and Spirit. This innovative addiction treatment approach has found universal appeal in many drug rehabs.

Typically, an addicted person arrives at the point of drug addiction treatment completely disconnected and out of touch with reality as well as themselves. Their addiction has become an all-consuming monster and has not only psychologically but also physiologically created a disconnect between the mind and body function. Utilizing methods such as Yoga, Tai Chi and meditation helps the addicted individual begin integrating their total selves back into the life they had prior to becoming addicted.

Environment plays a part in the Mind, Body, Spirit connection. In order to be successful within this realm, the individual must exist in a stress-free, tranquil environment for the reconnections to begin. Chaos is the one true enemy of recovery. Mountainside’s colonial setting at the base of the mountains lends itself as a perfect location for recovery to begin and for the Mind, Body, Spirit program to work.

The Harley Medical Group Finds Awards Season Driving Demand For Eyebrow Lifts

The Harley Medical Group reports that high arches are the must-have look for this year, with Megan Fox, Eva Mendes and Beyonce sporting sculptured brows on the red carpet.

The Harley Medical Group, the UK’s largest cosmetic surgery provider, is reporting increased enquiries into non-surgical eyebrow lifts of around 39%, as women across the UK try to emulate the look of the stars.

The Harley Medical Group Finds Awards Season Driving Demand For Eyebrow Lifts

A spokesperson at The Harley Medical Group commented: “The non-surgical side of the business has seen real growth over the past year and our non-surgical specialists are seeing an increase in ‘combination treatments’, which offer affordable and effective solutions for lines and wrinkles. The eyebrow lift is a safe, lunchtime treatment, with the striking effect of reducing lines and opening up the area around the eye.”

According to staff at The Harley Medical Group clinics across the country, the increase in enquiries has been noticeable, with Angelina Jolie as the star possessing the looks which most women want their eyebrows to imitate. This impact on enquiries has been felt most within the London area, where the greatest increase in enquiries has been experienced.

Dr Nick Milojevic, Cosmetic doctor at The Harley Medical Group, commented, “The eyebrow lift is achieved with a combination of Botox and dermal fillers. The resulting effect gives a smooth, wrinkle free brow and helps make eyes appear larger and more open.”

Brows can be non-surgically lifted with a combination of Botox into the brow area, followed by an injection of dermal fillers into the arch of the eyebrow. The treatment is most effective if patients have an injection of Botox initially and then have the fillers treatment two weeks later. The Botox helps even out wrinkles and tighten the skin, while fillers add volume to plump and smooth creases. Results last for six to nine months.

In the end, there’s simply no other way to achieve meaningful and lasting drug recovery.

Drug rehabs are always hard. Georgia Senior Communities Launch Mission for Haiti

“The months ahead are going to be tough,” said Tami Tucker, life enrichment director at Dogwood Forest of Fayetteville.” “After the media leaves, they will still be there needing our help. Our residents, family members and employees are all pitching in.”

Dogwood Forest aid drives range from collecting packed large zip-closed bags containing cloths, undergarments and toiletries to collecting water, tents and baby formula.

Communities are teaming up with local organizations that are such as Hosea Feed the Homeless the Red Cross and local church ministries to transport items to Haiti.

Kathy Pittman, life enrichment director for Dogwood Forest of Gainesville, said the Haiti mission has spiritual significance for her. “The Spirit of the Lord reminded me of the miracle that Jesus did with two loaves of bread and five fish,” Pittman said. “I believe God will do the same for this ministry if we give. He will bless it and give it back multiplied for the people of Haiti.”
